JOB DESCRIPTION:
SINCLAIR TRACTOR is seeking an energetic, driven and professional individual to join our Centerville, IA team as an Assistant Sales Manager. In this role you will monitor and audit location physical equipment inventory, assist Corporate Sales Coordination with necessary documents required to process sales deals. You will also coordinate all location sales support duties.
You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers and community while also adhering to company values and policy. As a leader of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide support to your customers, and staff as needed. The desired candidate has a background in business operations and is passionate about growth, innovation and collaboration. Sales Coordinator:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct and reconcile routine equipment inventory
- Ensure sold e-mails are sent out for all location deals in addition to ensuring we have a signed purchase order at the time of the e-mail or descriptive information as to “WHY” not and “WHEN” we will have.
- Mark equipment sold in equip
- Review incoming sales deals for completeness and correspond back to sales management for request of information needed and ensure deals are moved forward to the Sales Coordination Tab.
- Maintenance of equipment advertising Machinefinderpro, Tractor House, Company Website
- Handle all Powergard and JDlink transactions
- Assist with all contracts for the sales department through the John Deere Ceres system as needed
- Tracking the status and paperwork of rentals and demos as needed
- Manages sales paperwork through Sedona.
- Support of Sales Reps in all respects
Sales Team Administrator
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audits MFPRO for accurate advertising and pictures
- Audit JD Quote for exception report resolution
- Develop and maintain whole goods resolution
- Assist in review of routine John Deere inventory audit, with Inventory Control Manager, and coordinating the resolution of off-lot items
- Work with Sales Coordinators to resolve any Sedona Workflow issues
- Coordinates moving sales equipment from location to location
- Provides support and other duties assigned by the Inventory Control Manager and Field Support Sales Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative and clerical positions. Have experience in working with medium sized business in development activities.
- Skill in the use of computers and related software applications
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and within all functional areas of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information discretely and maintain the confidence of such information.

- Starting salary dependent on experience – room for growth and opportunity
- Monday thru Friday with 7 am – 5 pm; Saturdays and long seasonal hours as needed
