JOB DESCRIPTION:

SINCLAIR TRACTOR is seeking an energetic, driven and professional individual to join the Ottumwa, IA office as a Location Manager with the primary responsibility of managing assigned sales goals for the entire location, with emphasis on the defined processes and coaching of sales professionals.  This candidate must also focus on selling agriculture equipment to existing and future customers by providing a level of product and market knowledge.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO (you may request further detail):

         .        Hire, develop, lead and motivate location sales and staff to make sound business decisions

         ·        Maintain a motivated and dedicated staff with the skills necessary to service our customers

         ·        Assure that staff members understand location goals, policies and procedures

         ·        Review the daily schedule and make adjustments as needed

         ·        Serve as a mentor and coach to associates in addition to promoting teamwork among the sales and staff members

         ·        Achieve the location’s annual financial and marketing goals

         ·        Maintain company standards with the store and its equipment.  This includes cleanliness, organization and appearance of personal workspaces

         ·        Maintains current product knowledge of all equipment, parts and services available to customer accounts

         ·        Communicate issues and provides feedback to the Senior Leadership Team / CEO regarding performance issues, facility/equipment opportunities and obstacles

         ·        Develops an effective and working relationship with Sales Associates, Service and Parts and support personnel; encourages and assists in their training and development when possible

         ·        Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

         ·        Routinely communicates schedule to location contacts

         ·        Ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgment in order to reflect the company’s values

         ·        Effective written and verbal communication skills.

         ·        Demonstrated time management and organizational skills

         ·        Great customer service and high level of attention to detail, especially under pressure

         ·        Polished, Professional, and Friendly demeanor

 

COMPENSATION AND HOURS
